Depends on what you plan to use it for - lots of hits and you might have problems or using it to link to, etc You could use something like MySpace.com to have some free webpage, and there are services which need a banner advert but give free hosting. Also depends if you already have a domain name or need to use theirs as part of web address. not clear from question. Most services expect you to use your own ISP for sending to stop spammers but there are some deals eg on Ebay where you would get webmail and hosting and possibly even a domain name registered for under USD 15 under 10 pounds
